D7000 Video: Chookens vs. Cat

This was the first day our chooks went exploring outside their pen (another story about it here) and you can see how one of our cats handled it. Our other cat was nowhere to be seen.

I made this video yesterday using my Nikon D7000 and Nikkor 28-300mm VR lens. You can change the quality of the video on the bottom right side of the video screen where it says 360p.

Music: “Rain” by Alison Krauss and Union Station.

Top video! So it seems the DSLR’s are better quality for videoing than a camcorder by a long shot.

I didn’t know you could get chooks with that blue colour on their wings. They are beautiful!

We actually got them at Caboolture Darling. But that’s close enough I guess. Or did you really mean to mislead these people just so they wouldn’t buy out all of the remaining chooks …?
    Hmmmm..

By the way, while I’m writing this, Katrina is fast asleep in the middle of our backyard with a doona cover and a pillow :o) Cute.

I’ll see if I can attach a link to the pic I took of the sleeping beauty in this Comment.

Just click on the link (below) to see the photo. LOL.
